RDA members are welcome to submit applications to organize events in conjunction with the 10th Plenary meeting, 19 to 21 September 2017, Montreal, Canada. A limited number of meeting rooms are available at the conference venue the Centre Mont-Royal.
Applications will be evaluated based on their relevance to RDA objectives, availability of facilities and according to the timeliness of the applications.
The online form should be submitted no later than 20th June 2017, 17:00 UTC and applicants will receive notification by 30 June 2016.
Please choose the type of event you wish to apply for:
Collocated event - if you would like to book the RDA 10th Plenary venue for your event and also require logistics support. The event will be listed on the Plenary agenda and highlighted as such to the RDA Community.
Associated event - if you are organising the event independently and would like it to be listed on the RDA 10th Plenary agenda as it relates to it and targets the RDA community.
