The Third RDA Plenary Meeting takes place in Dublin, Ireland.
- Accommodation: special rates have been agreed at The Croke Park Hotel, Jones Road, Dublin 3 (across the road from the conference venue)
- Venue: the plenary meeting takes place at the Croke Park Convention Centre, which has been at the heart of Irish sporting life for over a hundred years and the stadium is the home of Gaelic games and the headquarters of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA).
