The RDA Plenary 2 registration fee of US$100 is requested as a contribution to the costs of the conference and is payable by credit card or wire transfer upon registration.

The cut-off date for reservations is Thursday, August 22, 2013.
The nearest airport to the down town Washington, DC is the Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). From the airport you may either take the metro (Blue Line to Foggy Bottom then 5-10 min. walk) or a taxi, which will cost approximately $20.
Additionally, Dulles International Airport (IAD) and the Baltimore-Washington Airport (BWI) serve Washington, DC travelers. Both take approximately 45 minutes to get to downtown DC. Taxis cost approximately $60 each way. Shuttles are also available through Super Shuttle (www.supershuttle.com).
REGISTRATION PAYMENTS AND RECEIPTS:
If you paid your registration fee by credit card, this expense will appear on your statement as a charge from Capital Meeting Planning, Inc. A payment receipt is sent via email. If you indicated that you will pay by check, you will be sent a payment receipt via email once the check is received.
If you must cancel your participation in the plenary, we will issue a full refund if written notice is received by Friday, August 30, 2013. After this date, refunds will not be issued; however, you can send a substitute in your place.
