This workshop, co-hosted by DataCite and EPIC, focuses on how persistent identifiers (PIDs) can meet the challenges presented by data intensive research. Persistent Identification is a strategic building block to protect the value of scholarship. This meeting highlights the use, services and policies of persistent identifiers throughout the research data lifecycle.
