Registration Process
- RDA P27 will use a Cvent registration platform.
- Attendees can only register for the full plenary. It is not possible to book day tickets.
- Multiple tickets can be purchased in a single registration.
Payment Methods
- Registration fees must be paid in pounds sterling (GBP).
- Cvent accepts most credit or debit cards.
- Invoice payment is available. Please contact [email protected] for assistance.

Registration timeline:
- Early Bird closes on 27 August 2026, 23:59 UTC. Ended
- Full fee opens on 28 August 2026, 00:00 UTC
- Paying by invoice payment closes on 7 September 2026. Payment must be complete within 30 days of receiving invoice
- Dietary requirements can not be guaranteed after 17 September
- Registration closes on 9 October 2026

RDA P27 Social Events
Don’t miss two exclusive evening events at the iconic Kia Oval Cricket Ground. This is your chance to catch up with colleagues and network with the global RDA community. Both events are included in your delegate registration.
Welcome Reception & Poster Session, Tues, 6 October
This is the perfect way to kick off the week. Catch up with colleagues and network with sponsors, exhibitors and delegates. One ticket is included with each P27 delegate registration. Canapés and drinks will be provided.
Evening Gathering, Wed, 7 October
Join delegates for an evening of bowl food and networkin. One ticket is included with each P27 delegate registration. Served buffet-style with no fixed seating, it’s a relaxed opportunity to mingle.
Note: for convenience of P27 attendees, all social functions such as Welcome Reception & Poster Session on Tuesday, 6 October and the Evening Gathering on Wednesday, 7 October will be hosted at the P27 venue, the Kia Oval.
Cancellation Deadline
- Cancellation notifications received before 30 June 2026, 23:59 UTC will be eligible for a full refund, after deduction of any fees imposed by Cvent.
- Cancellation notifications received between 1 July 2026 and 31 August 2026, 23:59 UTC will be eligible for a 50% refund, after deduction of any fees imposed by Cvent.
- Cancellation notifications received after 31 August 2026 are not refundable. Registration transfers are accepted until 14 September 2026.
- After 14 September 2026, replacement delegates may be considered upon request in exceptional circumstances; however, dietary requirements cannot be guaranteed.

It is strongly recommended that delegates arrange personal travel insurance at the time of registering, and it is the responsibility of the delegate to organise their own visa to enter the UK.

Co-located events
Co-located events may be scheduled on 5 and 9 October (outside the main P27 dates of 6-8 October). These are currently under planning and not yet confirmed. Co-located events are not included in the RDA P27 registration fee and might require separate registration.
