Poster Session Overview

  • RDA P27 poster session will be held fully in-person
  • P27 posters will appear in a dedicated poster exhibition session, on Tuesday, 6 October 2026, 18:00–19:30 BST
  • For extra visibility, accepted posters will be published on a dedicated RDA P27 webpage, listing the title, authors, and a link to a digital copy (see below)
  • Posters will remain on display for the entire RDA P27 (6-8 October 2026)
  • In-person presentation is mandatory
  • P27 poster presenters are required to register for RDA P27. No additional charges apply to present your poster

Poster Size Guide

Each poster presenter will be required to provide their poster in a physical and digital format.

  • Size: portrait A0 format (portrait display only)
  • Dimensions: Metric – 841mm wide x 1189 mm high|Imperial – 33.1 inches wide x 46.8 inches high
  • Physical posters must be printed and brought to the venue by presenters.
