RDA VP26 Registration Fees Update

RDA VP26 registration fees remain unchanged from VP24 (held in April 2025) to allow the participation of as many RDA members as possible.
Please note that the RDA does not have a systematic funding source to cover the cost of holding plenary meetings. Organisers aim to make fees as cost effective as possible. Plenary meetings cannot be offered for free since organising them involves costs (software systems, staffing). This is an additional way to support the sustainability of the RDA.

Registration Process

  • RDA VP26 will use a Whova [hu:va] registration platform.
  • Attendees can only register for the full plenary. It is not possible to book day tickets.

Equality and Diversity Programme for RDA Plenaries (EDPP)

Can you help us support plenary attendees from low, lower-middle, and upper-middle income countries (LMIC)?

The RDA is committed to deliver plenaries that are truly global, culturally diverse, and inclusive. For LMIC members, cost is often a major deterrent to participation in international conferences, including RDA Plenaries.

Following a successful pilot during the 22nd Virtual Plenary (May 2024), thanks to the generosity of the RDA community, we were able to support 19 attendees from LMIC regions.

We are reopening this programme with the goal of assisting as many LMIC attendees as possible through continued community support. We look forward to increasing engagement from LMIC members, particularly those in the Southern Hemisphere.

Are you interested in supporting the attendance of an LMIC attendees? Or are you an LMIC attendee who is interested in benefitting from this support? Read the below information for details on how to get involved.
