Breakout slots

The following time slots are not final and should be used as a guide only. The RDA and IDW committee members reserve the right to make amendments as planning progresses.

As always, the Secretariat will try to accomodate all requests for sessions to be held in specific breakouts. As RDA P19 will be a hybrid event with a mix of virtual and hybrid (in-person with a virtual component) sessions, and due to venue restrictions to ensure the safety of the community, we can only accomodate up to seven (7) hybrid sessions per breakout slot.

The total number of sessions we can accomodate per breakout is 12 (7 hybrid + 5 virtual). This means that requests for changes may not be accepted. Please ensure you select your breakout slot and session format carefully.
