Bangladesh Bioethics Society (BBS) BBS was established in 2009 under the auspice of UNESCO, launched by Former Minister for Education, the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, to promote strong ethical values, the practice of ethics, and morality among the different stakeholders to prevent corruption, uphold human rights, and promote good governance.

Bangladesh Bioethics Society is the first organization on bioethics in Bangladesh. It is a non-profit, non-political, multi-disciplinary, and voluntary organization.
