Thank you very much for the great help I got from so many of you till the very last minute. The case statement is quite long, but only because we have so many contributions from interested parties. Case statement finalization
Dear all, we will meet this week once again (Friday at 10:00 CEST) to finalize the case statement and the session application. I am working on the compilation of a single document for the case statement - this allows us to still see the comments in the other documents. Pier and Alexandra are working on a common glossary - see here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1e9OWI9g7j69SIshmuKL9jQlrljuTaj9m94PF...0 | Add new comment

AW: [harmonizing-fair] Ontology of possible interest to this group
Dear all, thank you Ruth. Right after the BoF session I already talked to Maria Stoica who worked together with Scott Peckham on the Scientific Variable Ontology. She is already aware of our group and will join us on one of the next teleconferences. John Graybeal wanted to inform Scott and so I think we have them on board. Ontology of possible interest to this group
by Ruth Duerr
I've recently talked to Scott Peckham who has been working on ontologies for scientific variables for many years now. Please see the latest iteration at http://geoscienceontology.org/. He has moved on, way past just Earth science, to fields such as economics, etc. I suspect this group needs to be aware of the work he is doing.2 | Add new comment
