Research Data Management Training Workshop to be held in Taipei on March 8, 2020

A one-day training workshop on Research Data Management will be held in Taipei on the 8th of March, 2020. The workshop aims to provide a balanced overview of the major components in Research Data Management, an introduction to the current best practices, and an exposition of the available tools and services. There will be hands-on sessions on Research Data Management planning and research dataset deposit. This workshop is jointly organized by people at Academia Sinica, CODATA, the Digital Curation Centre, UK, and the World Data System.

Hi all 2 quick updates: 1. If you're EU based and early career check out the funding options for travel to Melbourn P15 below 2. There will be 3 sessions of possible interest in Melbourn P15: - As decided at Helsinki we're spinning off a WG: *Working Group on Ethical and Legal best practices for Drone Data in a global research context (WELDD *). To prep for this there are 2 scheduled pre-webinars (Recordings will be made available).

  RDA is excited to announce several important pieces of information related to RDA Plenary 15: Data for Real-World Impact, which will be held from 18-20 March 2020 in Melbourne, Australia at the Melbourne Convention Exhibition Centre, MCEC (https://mcec.com.au/).   This event will be hosted by CSIRO (Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation) with the support of the Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC).
