meeting in Brussels
Dear SyA Members, coming week we will have a meeting with EC colleagues in Brussels to discuss about various aspects. That attached set of slides may give you an impression which kind of issues are on the table. Some of the issues will be subject of further discussions at 4.5 and later. Hallo Jamie, Keith, all, Jamie you raised the point of which meetings could be self-financing and both of you asked for a finance overview. Attached is a document about RDA EU finances. It does not include all details since there is a long list. Dear SyA members/RDA Europe WG/IG Co-Chairs, As we have been communicating, the next SyA assembly meeting will be held on Wednesday 4th May 2016 @ 13:00 - 15:00 CEST as a videoconference. It will also be possible to phone in. The details will be in the Wiki soon. As it is a virtual meeting we need to match everything into approximately 2 hours. I can reserve the conference space for one extra hour, just for discussions if needed but the meeting itself will be between 13:00 - 15:00 CEST.
