Deadline for P15 Group Session Submissions Fast Approaching

by Alexandra Delipalta

Dear Group Members,  The deadline for group session submissions for Plenary 15 is 28 November 2019, midnight UTC – just two weeks away. If your group is interested in submitting a session for a working group, interest group or joint meeting session, submissions will only be accepted from your group chairs, so be sure to coordinate with them to ensure proper communication of the submission.    If you are a chair and submitting for a joint meeting session, all chairs involved in that joint session must be notified of the submission.

New Adoption of Collection API

by Thomas Jejkal

Dear all, this is an announcement of a new adoption of the Research Data Collections WG outputs. Our aim with this implementation is to provide a production-ready, general purpose Collection Service. Our Collection Service covers all basic functionalities described in the final recommendations of the Data Collections WG, e.g. Well-defined operations for collections and its members (create, read, update, delete). Support for sub-collections.

Research Data Collections in one slide

by Tobias Weigel

Dear all, looking through past presentations, I did not find a good option that displays very concisely in one slide what our group has achieved and what the specification is all about. Based on our P10 outputs presentation I've drafted a single slide, see attached. Comments welcome - I want to put this on our entry page or link to it from our recommendation page if possible. Best, Tobias -- - ATTENTION: NEW PHONE NUMBER, SEE BELOW - Dr. Tobias Weigel Abteilung Datenmanagement
