Here is what I was trying to say:
1. There is a document that described our requirements. Dig that up and check against it.
2. There needs to be an official RDA space that is only editable by the Secretariat (If we want a repository for general member use, that should be logically separate, with different access permissions)
3. There should be one persistent link (not necessarily a formal PID) to that space
4 There should be a logical structure below that top level (something like … Recommendations/Endorsed Recommendations; Policies; Legal Documents) that a user can easily browse. Each child should also have a persistent link.
This should take no more than five minutes to set up.
Finally, we need a formal document describing the upload/edit/delete process and permissions.
