RDA GEDE Online Workshop at 14.4.

Dear Colleagues,
A GEDE funding period comes to an end which we will use to organise an online workshop (there is no chance anymore for a face-2-face meeting) where we will put the scientific perspectives for the following decade, the requirements for EOSC and for the further plans with RDA Europe and GEDE into the focus.
Please, mark 14.4. in your agenda and participate. Also send this invitation, please, to your networks in the ESFRIs/ERICs.

RDA BoF on FAIR DOs: cannot attend

Dear friends,
Due to a serious illness of a family member I won’t be able to attend P15 in Melbourne.
Also, remote participation won’t be possible for me.
Since we have an accepted BoF Session on “FAIR Digital Objects” I would like to ask
if somebody would be able to chair the session in Melbourne.

DO Workshop at P14

Dear colleagues,
We are a bit late with our preparations for the Digital Objects side meeting at the RDA plenary in Helsinki, but here is our tentative agenda.
As in Philadelphia we see this side meeting as an opportunity to discuss progress and plans with respect to Digital Objects and to better understand what is available and what is missing. One aspect which changed during the last months is the conviction that we need to extend the DO concept to FAIR Digital Objects to meet the evolving requirements of FAIR Maturity Indicators.
