Starting preparations for the IGAD pre-meeting in Costa Rica!

Dear all,

Due to a series of unfortunate events (including the Coronavirus outbreak), the IGAD co-chairs decided to cancel the meeting that would take place in late April/early May 2020 in Rome or Washington, D.C, as previously advertised. We decided to concentrate our efforts into organising a traditional IGAD meeting prior to the 16th RDA Plenary in San José, Costa Rica, November 10-12. We expect that the location will appeal to the agricultural community in the American continent!
