The Research Data Alliance (RDA) is delighted to announce that the 21st Plenary (P21) programme and pathways (programme navigation) are now ready. RDA P21 is taking place within the framework of International Data Week (IDW) 23–26 October 2023, in Salzburg, Austria and online. This is going to be the first IDW hosted in Europe!
IDW 2023, themed a Festival of Data, will include six hybrid P21 breakout sessions spread across four conference days.
In today’s data-driven world, data plays a vital role in improving standards, attracting new audiences, and understanding the future. RDA’s Interest and Working groups have prepared excellent sessions and we have a wide variety of topics with the Birds of a Feather sessions, all to be shared with the global data experts. RDA groups will present topics like FAIR, digital research infrastructure, data collection and management, PID exchange, and more. Data professionals will discuss lessons learned raised from the community, share trustworthy technical repository service providers and discuss policies for advancing research software and much more.
The P21 programme includes forty eight sessions that can be navigated with the pathways. The Pathways will help you to select the sessions of interest by topic. To simplify the process, pathway colour coding is provided which we hope you will find useful.
Please note the RDA P21 programme is part of the IDW 2023 programme and some components (e.g.,social, poster sessions, venue room allocation) are still being finalised.
The final IDW 2023 programme will be published w/c 14th August 2023 and shared with the community.
