I'm an experienced user researcher with expertise in analysis of user behavior, research design and quantitative/qualitative data analysis. I have studied user behavior, using usability testing, diaries, think-alound protocols, eye tracking and interaction design in academic settings, as well as industry collaboration. I can deliver user task analysis, end-to-end user evaluation protocol, experimental design and quantitative data analysis, including (but not limited to) search behavior, visual search, user interface design and search performance.
