I have a background in engineering and information management. Having a practical solution-oriented mindset, I am specialized in analyzing and designing complex service ecosystem in international settings, across business process, information/data products, and ICT infrastructure. Domains I have worked in include ICT service management, humanitarian operations, and higher education. My current research focus is on research data management, in particular in the design discipline. Methods and tools I often use include customer-centric requirement engineering, serious gaming, and simulation exercise, ontology and system dynamics modeling.
