Since November 2021, Meredith has served as the Executive Director of the World Data System’s International Program Office, run by the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN, USA, and physically located at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, TN, USA.
She has over 10 years of experience supporting the grant peer review process for the U.S. federal government, including science writing, reviewer recruitment, and data management.
Meredith earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from East Carolina University, Greenville, NC, and her Master of Sciences in Information Sciences from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she is currently a Ph.D. candidate focusing on scholarly communications.
Her research interests include peer review as well as organizational governance.
