Linus Chirchir is a Population Data Scientist specialising in the preparation, linkage, and analysis of population-scale administrative datasets to support research and policy. His current work focuses on reproducible analytical pipelines in R, metadata-driven synthetic data generation, and the delivery of high-quality, research-ready data for use within the Scottish National Safe Haven. He applies data science and artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) to enable evidence-based decision-making, improve outcomes, and drive operational efficiency.
