Jennifer Harrow
I am currently the Tools Platform Coordinator at the ELIXIR Hub, engaging with the ELIXIR community focusing on strategic planning for benchmarking and tools registry software, the Galaxy community to provide workflows and the development of best practices for the developer community in Europe. I also co-chair the ELIXIR machine-learning focus group currently investigating standards and guidelines within life sciences.
I have a broad background in genomics, working in population sequencing collaborating with Genomics England and as PI of the GENCODE project classifying all the gene features in the human and mouse genomes. I also have been involved in many consortia working on genome annotation of different vertebrate species.
