I graduated with a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, specialized in ‘Innovative Technologies in Diagnostics and Therapy’ from Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna in March 2023. I am currently a PhD student in the Health and Technology programme at the Department of Electronic and Information Engineering at the same university, and my research project focuses on the integration of artificial intelligence in lung cancer screening. In my free time, I enjoy playing basketball and embroidery, as well as exploring the sea and the mountains.I am also member of IEEE R8 – Italy Section, IEEE Young Professionals and IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society and secretary for the ‘IEEE Student Branch of the University of Bologna – STB00151.
