Enrico Boldrini
Enrico Boldrini works as project manager and community leader at the Institute of Atmospheric Pollution Research of the National Research Council of Italy (CNR-IIA). He has been working with the Earth and Space Science Informatics Laboratory (ESSI-Lab) since 2007, contributing to several projects managed WMO, GEO (Group on Earth Observation), and the European Commission. In particular, his main software development activities are related to the development and management of the GEO Discovery and Access Broker framework (GEO DAB), which is a key technology in the architecture of the Global Earth Observation System of Systems (GEOSS) – and more recently of the WMO Hydrological Observing System (WHOS). His research activity focuses on enabling inter-disciplinary interoperability in the context of Earth Science.
