Keynote: Naoyuki Tsunematsu

Naoyuki Tsunematsu graduated from the University of Tokyo with Master’s degree in Sociology, and had done some graduate study at the University of Wisconsin - Madison in quantitative analysis about the  various types of inequality. In 1990, he joined a large information technology service company, where he served various functions such as research in the societal impact of the Internet, business consultancy on Business Intelligence, and forming the self-regulatory mechanism of privacy data protection. He joined Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) in 2012 to guide the efforts to develop new services of dissemination of science and technology information, and also has been leading the discussion about the business strategy for research data sharing.
