On-site and Virtual registration for International Data Week 2022!

Both, physical and virtual registration for IDW 2022 is available. Those interested in registration will be able to either upgrade their virtual registration to on-site registration or can complete initial registration for on-site attendance.

The table below lists the fees for International Data Week 2022.

  • Virtual Registration fees do not increase after early bird deadline.
  • On site early-bird registration & ticket upgrade: June 10th, 2022 (14:59 UTC)
  • Full fee on site registration & ticket upgrade: June 22nd, 2022 (14:59 UTC)
  • Cancellation deadline: June 12th, 2022 (14:59 UTC)
  • For those attending virtually, early bird fees will remain valid up until registration closure on 22 June.

The KRW fee amount can differ according to the exchange rates applied during debit/credit card transactions.

2. Standard (includes upper middle income countries based on the world bank definition)

       

3. Student category applies to those enrolled for a full time academic programme/course - undergraduates, graduates and doctoral students.

       

4. Virtual fees cover: access to all IDW2022 virtual event components from 20 - 23 June 2022 and access to all available recordings for 8 weeks post event.

       

5. Onsite fees cover:

ᆞ Full in person access to the 4-day conference from 20-23 June 2022
ᆞ Full online access to the 4-day conference from 20-23 June 2022 and all recordings for 8 weeks post event
ᆞ All coffee breaks and lunches (box lunches: Sandwiches/Japanese food/Korean food) from 20-23 June 2022
ᆞ Welcome Reception (Monday 20 June): Western course / Toasts will be held at the venue's Hanra ballroom on the evening of the first day of the conference. 
ᆞ Gala / Networking Dinner (Thursday 23 June): King's Vacation venue space will held a Cocktail party & Buffet Dinner on the last day of the conference.
