Dear all,
Thank you for joining the IG and sharing the interest in integrating PID
features in research tools! We are happy to announce that the IG has been
officially endorsed
by the RDA
council, you can find the IG charter here
.
On top of that, we already have our session
accepted in the upcoming RDA Gothenburg program
.
Special thanks to the initial members of the BoF group that attended the
session last summer, we look forward to continuing the discussion with you
and the new members that joined since.
We would like to arrange an initiation call in the next weeks with the
group to share the IG work plan, discuss ways of work, and collect input
about what the group wants to learn/ discuss/ work on at the RDA session,
so that we can use the time most effectively.
I’ve created a doodle to
find a suitable time – it’s hard to find a slot that works for everyone
when the group is distributed, I put the options as the end of day European
time and the start of day for the Americas, hopefully, this covers most of
our group. Please indicate your availability by end of day 31st (next
Tuesday), I will share zoom details based on the result then.
Thank you and speak to you soon!
Best regards,
Xiaoli and Rory
