    Dear WG members,
Thank you to those who participated in yesterday’s working group meeting where we ‘paused and reflected’ on the WG session at P21 and continued to work on Deliverable 2 – the landscape review of digital research tools.
The presentation slides, collaborative notes, and ‘Landscape Review of Research Tools’ Google sheet can be found at the bottom of the WG webpage.
    Meeting recording:
    Passcode: T8L5Jig*
The WG has produced two draft deliverables (see below). The group now seeks feedback from the wider WG membership before proceeding with the next steps. For more information about the WG deliverables, please see the Case Statement.
Please review, comment, and add content to the following deliverables by Friday 1 December. Please do not delete any content in these documents.
    * Deliverable 1: The creation of a research data life model with definitions
    * Deliverable 2: Landscape review of research tools mapped to research data lifecycle stages
Upon receipt of feedback, the group will validate and finalise both deliverables.
    Next meeting:
Thursday, 7 December 2023, 12:00 – 13:30 UTC (agenda to follow in due course). During this meeting, the group will hear from CJ Woodford and Rory Macneil about the Global Open Research Commons International WG and their deliverables which are important to our work.
Any comments or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
    Best wishes,
    Connie Clare
