    Dear colleagues,
Thanks to all those who answered the proposal of this working team. We
will have a meeting of the people interested by acting on the ethical
and legal cross cutting aspects of RDA COVID 19 WG *Today Monday 27
April 2020 at 1.00 PM UTC *through the following link. This hour was
that with the most votes; sorry for those who will be in difficult hours
because of time zones and thank you all
Sorry for the delay in confirming this but I had a problem of internet
connection in the week-end.  We will work along the line sdelineated in
    the previous mail :
Although the first release of guidelines from the WG is already open for
comments, you have seen that ethical and legal cross-cutting aspects
ahve been announced for next versions; we need to tag the most useful
legal/ethical and policy resources on which sharing policies and good
practices can rely on. Helping users to navigate such resources is
    paramount.
The actions I propose to prepare for this  and that can start now or
    have already started are :
    1) identify what areas are cross cutting (overarching) and sub-group
    specific.
    2) check that key resources are in the list (zotero or sub-groups google
    documents) or add them
    3) propose an architecture for this part of the guidelines.
Thanks a lot for your contributions,
Anne Cambon-Thomsen, on behalf of the Co-Chairs
