    Dear Co-chairs and Moderators,
Please note that the 3rd release is now public –
https://doi.org/10.15497/rda00046 Please check the outputs page for the
    specific updates.
First of all, thank you so much once again for your updates, new sections,
etc. and tireless efforts to generate a meaningful, actionable, and useful
    document for the target audiences.
I ask you to kindly note the following important points:
    1. *Acknowledgments/authors:* specific section authors have NOT been
included in this release. Rationale: not all sub groups provided them,
creating imbalance. We will include them in future releases but we will
provide guidance on how to list them so they are coherent across the
    document
    2. *Specific RDA group contributions*: have NOT been included in this
release BUT the groups in question have been referenced in the document.
We can discuss this for the next releases.
    3. *Structure*: as anticipated by Natalie (Harrower) , this is the last
version that will be released with this structure. The next 2 releases (15
May and 28 May) will follow the new structure. Please use Natalie’s email
as a reference. You will receive a pdf of the new structure on Tuesday
together with links to your subsections to work on for the next deadline.
    4. *References:* to create a readable and coherent document, we will be
reconciling and merging references in future releases harvesting them from
the RDA COVID-19 collection in Zotero. Please make sure your references are
included there and follow Claire’s clear instructions for doing so.
    5. *Requests for Comments*: I attach the comments that have been posted
to the web site. Please *Clinical, Social Sciences, *and *Omics* could
you incorporate and respond to these suggestions so that we can update the
    community on the answers.
    6. *Webinar*: in response to feedback and suggestions, we have reworked
    the slide set
for Tuesday 12 May webinar. Links, chairs, members slides are at the end of
the deck and can be updated but will not be presented. Please add 2 maximum
3 slides on highlights, areas for contribution, etc. so that we can ensure
    ample time for all.
Do let me know if anything is unclear and once again thank you for your
    fantastic work.
wishing you all a lovely weekend
    Hilary

Thank you, Hilary, all. Great job!
    With point 2:
/> //_*2. Specific RDA group contributions*_//: have NOT been included
    in this release //
    /
/> BUT the groups in question have been referenced in the document. //
    /
/> We can discuss this for the next releases./
do you refer to the FAIRsharing WG contribution? I ask as I cannot find
the link to the doc, and I would like to send the info to the WG list. I
guess it is hard to find, maybe because there are many references (from
the Omics and Clinical sections) to records of standards and
    repositories records in FAIRsharing.
However, section 3.2.2 (Standards) and 3.2.4 (Repositories) only
recommends the Metadata Standards Directory, and re3data, respectively.
Should FAIRsharing also be mentioned, especially since the many links to
the records from the other subgroups? Like you say, perhaps the new
    structure will address this.
    Kind regards,
    Susanna
