Dear DSTS for Crisis Situations WG members,
Having discussed with the WG co-chairs, we have decided to postpone the next WG meeting due to take place on Monday 8 January 2024. The next regular WG meeting will now take place on 12 February @ 08:00UTC. I will send a calendar invite following this message.
Before the next meeting, could all WG members please take note of the actions listed below, i.e., review the WG’s next steps, allocate members to different activities, and decide on how best to carry out WG activities. To do this, please go to the top of the agenda document we used today, above where we have the agenda and notes for today’s meeting; document here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/159qf5Zvpkebnb0THn_dqgh1BAhSDvxik_N-S
If there are any questions or comments on any of the above please let me know.
    Best,
Ryan (on behalf of WG co-chairs)

Subject: DSTS for Crisis Situations WG – Actions from Dec 11 meeting
Dear DSTS for Crisis Situations WG members,
Thank you to those who joined us at the WG’s initial meeting earlier today. The slides used by Stefanie today are attached to this message. Alternatively, you can access them here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EZXPun8L-vuItXNocoQXlN3Zbh5xmnPI/view?u….
The main action for WG members in the next two weeks is to review the WG’s next steps, allocate members to different activities, and decide on how best to carry out WG activities. To do this, please go to the top of the agenda document we used today, above where we have the agenda and notes for today’s meeting; document here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/159qf5Zvpkebnb0THn_dqgh1BAhSDvxik_N-S
Regardless of whether you could make it to today’s meeting, all WG members are encouraged to respond to these three questions before the end of Friday 22 December. This will give the co-chairs time to incorporate any feedback before we meet next, on 8 Jan 2024 @ 08:00 UTC (I will circulate a link and invite for this before the end of the week).
We recognise that this time will not work for those based in the Americas. If you are based in a time zone where you are unable to join the meeting at this time, please get in touch with me and the co-chairs in CC. We may look to run parallel calls or alternate between timezones for the regular calls depending on availability.
If there are any questions or comments on any of the above please let me know.
    Best,
Ryan (on behalf of WG co-chairs)
