    Dear Secretariat,
Thank you for letting us know. Obviously this is disappointing, especially as the content and objectives for this session are very different from the PID Exchange session proposal. However, we’ll be working with the co-chairs of the Working with PIDs in Tools IG to incorporate some of our session objectives in the conditionally approved PID Exchange session.
    Regards,
    Christopher

You don’t often get email from ***@***.***-groups.org. Learn why this is important
Dear National PID Strategies Interest Group,
Thank you for your RDA P21 session application.
The Technical Advisory Board assessed all the proposals and, on this occasion, your P21 session application titled PID Strategies Assemble! has not been approved.
The session selection process was very competitive and due to the limited capacity for sessions at P21 we could not accept more than one session per group.
Since you have already submitted a joint session, PID Exchange – a curated information resource for PID adopters, in collaboration with the Working with PIDS in Tools IG (submitted by Rory Macneil in cc), the Technical Advisory Board (TAB) recommends merging your individual group session with your joint session. This will involve a review of the scope and objectives of your joint session to ensure each group’s goals can be accomplished.
If you have any questions, please contact ***@***.***-foundation.org, or your TAB liaison, Mingfang Wu (in cc).
We do hope that you will participate in P21 as part of IDW 2023 either in person or online, and on behalf of TAB and Secretariat, thank you for your ongoing engagement with the RDA.
    Best regards,
    RDA Secretariat
