    Hi folks,
Thank you to those who came to our second synchronous meeting! We discussed possible visualizations and other formats for the model and addressed concerns on wording of some items in Governance and Leadership as well as in Engagement and Human Capacity (TG2 members, you will receive an email about this explicitly for confirmation!). We also discussed some future work options (as can be found under “Future work” in the martyr document for reference as well as in the rolling notes). We also confirmed that KPIs and metrics should stay in the same document as the model with some clarifying text on their relationship to the model. Note that we are still looking for feedback on how to reformat consideration levels. Please fill out this form ( at your earliest convenience and preferably before Monday September 11th – it’s only 1 question!
We have 8 more meetings set to discuss the model and come to a consensus for all things V1.0:

    September 7th, 18:00 UTC and 21:00 UTC

    September 8th, 6:00 UTC and 11:00 UTC

    September 11th, 15:00 UTC and 19:00 UTC

    September 12th, 9:00 UTC and 10:00 UTC

Recall that there are so many and at a variety of times so that everyone can come to at least a few of the meetings, but no one is expected to attend all of them. I am recording the meetings and posting the recordings in this Google Folder. As we move through these meetings, please consider reviewing the model (Version 0.6 and the implementation of some of the recommendations in the sandbox) and bringing issues to discuss. You can add things to the rolling notes freely, as well as add comments on the sandbox directy.
As always, please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. See you later today!
