Dear Chairs of the Artificial Intelligence and Data Visitation (AIDV) WG, the Data policy standardisation and implementation IG, the RDA for the Sustainable Development Goals IG and the Science communication for research data IG,
Your RDA 20th Plenary (P20) session application titled ‘AI in Data Policy and Data Governance: Designing Research Methodologies for Crisis Situations’ has been approved. Please take into consideration the feedback below that should be included in a revised version of your application, highlighting the modifications, by Tuesday 13 December 2022, close of business: Indicate the time allocated per item in the meeting agenda and provide more information about each activity for clarity, e.g., explaining how the ‘examination’ activities will take place. Please ensure sufficient time for audience participation during the session. The ‘Short Group Status’ text must be completed. The ‘Science communication for research data IG’ must be omitted from this joint session since the group is pending submission and not yet endorsed.
* Draft programme to be published on Friday, 16th December 2022
* Any requests for changes must be made by Friday, 13th January 2023
* The programme will be deemed final by Thursday, 19th January 2023
* Event platforms to be used – Whova and Zoom (details will be provided)
