Full Meeting Notes

Summary of actions and key items:

• Two open issues in the API GitHub are ready to be accepted
• Reconfirmed that we do not want to do an official release version of the API yet – once service providers have implemented it, we will make needed changes before we make a 1.0 release that will be the stable version
• Implementation progress:
  • DAMAP, DSW, and Argos plan to have the API implemented end of May
  • DMP Tool plans to have it implemented (in rebuild, not live tool) end of June
  • DMP Assistant and DMP OPIDoR are discussing implementation and will report back on expected timeframe
  • Tomasz will reach out to DMP Online for a status and point of contact
• Open questions remain around analyzing and reporting degree of compliance with the DMP Common Standard we will need to address in the future
• RDA P27 application is ready – we discussed shortening the technical portion to have more discussion time for worldwide DMP developments.  The agenda is now updated with that change and Becky will submit next week.
