Full Meeting Notes

Summary of actions and key items:

• There are some outstanding issues and concerns with the Common Standard 1.2 release.  Christine, and any others with issues, will report them on Github where we can hopefully discuss as a group and resolve them before the next meeting.
• Tool providers gave updates on progress that are in the full notes doc.
• Tool developers need an official release of the API in order to start work on implementation, including updating the spec to account for the 1.2 common standard release.  Becky will work with Marek on defining the changes and steps needed, and the group will start work on PRs after the tasks are defined.
• There is a call for projects from COAR Notify that is highly relevant to work we would like to do around webhook notifications.  Unfortunately, the deadline is in a few days, and the scope and budget need more specification than we may be able to get to in time.  Valentin will follow up with Tomasz about possibly submitting something, but likely it’s not the right time for this group.
