Dear Members of the EOSC-Future/RDA AIDV Working Group,
Our meeting scheduled for next week on Monday 1 May appears to be difficult. May 1st is a holiday in many countries and both Elif and I appear unable to attend. Thus, we have decided to move the meeting to the following day, Tuesday 2 May 2023, from 14:00 to 15:30 CET (Brussels time). I have resent the calendar invitation for tomorrow and attach it here as well. Below is a suggested agenda for our meeting. Please feel free to make corrections, adjustments, or other suggestions.
A critical point is the discussion of 2 below for the deliverables. We would like to have an internal and external evaluation in mid-May and then the deliverables in their final form by Monday, July 31.
