- Notes from the session at P9 are posted on the wiki at https://www.rd-alliance.org/p9-meeing-notes
- response was generally very positive
- versioning discussion needs to be tackled by a wider audience and is mostly out of scope for this WG, other than what we have already
- Specific feedback on the API Specification have been turned into issues at https://github.com/rdACollectionsWG/apidocs/issues
- Discussion Notes:
- We accepted these issues during the call
- Bridget will submit a proposal on behalf of the chairs to a pre conference workhop at the DH Conference August, Shaping Humanities Data, to present the Collections API Work. (https://collectionsasdata.github.io/dh2017/)
- Frederik is making progress on the Tufts implementation; Hi is finishing the mapping to the LDP model. Next step will be to add some of our data and then will fill out the service capabilities
- Bridget will approach Fedora and MLA Commons about potential adoption of the API
- Action Items
- ALL: Review the last version of the complete specification/guidelines document (https://datashare.rzg.mpg.de/s/W878ggdygLmxzXD/download?path=%2F&files=C...) and consider which section or sections you would like to volunteer to be responsible for updating or adding to
- Frederik: Make accepted changes to the API Swagger specification
- Frederik: Add a wiki page describing the ontologies used for the Tufts implementation and make some recommendations for use in the spec (i.e. for named properties)
- ALL: think about who to approach for adoption
