Two questions I have are as follows:
1. Do you have an invitational email that we can use as a template, perhaps, so we can set up meetings with the data centers we are supposed to talk to?
2. Is there some way to record this, that you recommend – e.g. I can do a Webex and record that (but that's within Elsevier grounds) or some other system you propose?
3. What is the output you are looking for: it'd be good to know what we want the final report to contain so we can make sure we don't forget/lose any points, and get everything in the right format?

Unless someone says otherwise (i.e. they need it earlier), please make or report any changes no later than close of business Tuesday 13 Jan after which we will freeze the form.
Please note that I made some editorial decisions while putting this into the form. I have changed data centres / archives etc to data repository as I felt this was less ambiguous. I have also used income streams throughout. I have tried to respond to other points made in e-mails and our last discussion. Please check for any inconsistencies I may not have spotted.
