Dear Colleagues,
I would like to invite you to a seminar “Can I really read your emotions if I look deep into your eyes? The importance of replication studies” by Dr Joost de Winter from 3mE Faculty at TU Delft. Dr Joost de Winter was awarded a grant from NWO for a project aiming to replicate the study from the ’60 reported in the Science journal. The study investigates whether eye pupils change their size in response to emotional stimuli (read more about this in Volkskrant).

About the Future Forward: Science in the Open Era seminar series
This event is part of the seminar series: Future Forward: Science in the Open Era, which are organised bi-monthly by TU Delft Library. The aim of these seminars is to facilitate discussion, give the floor to opposing views and learn from each other. Everyone is welcome: proponents, enthusiasts, sceptics and outspoken opponents. Controversy is allowed (and welcome!).
Best wishes,
