Dear all,
Next week, 15-19 June 2020, is ‘RDA Global Adoption Week’ - a virtual event highlighting the RDA Recommendations and Supporting Outputs and how they have been implemented.
The global Adoption Week will provide the opportunity to learn about RDA Outputs, converse with speakers from all around the world who have created or implemented them, and determine how to best integrate those data sharing solutions into your own projects. The global adoption week will be organised around five Research Data Lifecycle phases:
* Monday June 15: Data Management Planning
* Tuesday June 16: Data Description
* Wednesday June 17: Identity, Store, and Preserve
* Thursday June 18: Disseminate, Link and Find
* Friday June 19: Policy, Legal Compliance, and Capacity

We hope many of you will be able to participate in the sessions.
Join us on 9 July 2020 at 13:00 for a new RDA Ireland Meet The Experts talk: Joanna Finegan And Maria Ryan - "Archiving The Irish Web: Saving Ireland's Online Record"
This talk looks at NLI's approaches to web archiving and how the library archives events such as elections and referendums and responds to global events such as Brexit and Covid-19. It will also outline how the web archive has moved to becoming a more diverse and inclusive reflection of Irish society in the 21st century.
