Dear all,
Just seeing this email so sending a quick reminder about deadlines.
The document is open now for final checking by groups, but will be closed again at 10amUTC today. So any final edits should be done by then. Would be very helpful if you focused on Legal/Ethical alignment at this point.
Other components have a bit more time:
Contributors list and References (from *CITEDResource in Zotero) will be incorporated at 1pm UTC today
Glossary will be incorporated near COB today UTC.
Bullets for Press Release/Exec Summary welcome asap, today!
This is a tight exercise with the Editorial team working from different time zones around the world.
Reminder however (and perhaps this is what your meeting is about!!) that there will be another opportunity, following the community feedback period, to incorporate final final changes….
All the best
Natalie
