    Hello,
    We have a Scientific Data Specialist job opening that may be of interest to members of RDA COVID-19 Epi & Clinical WG members and will appreciate it if you help us share the opportunity with those who might be interested candidates. 
    The ClinEpiDB.org resource seeks a Scientific Data Specialist, for this large, multi-institutional project supporting the integration and exploration of diverse clinical and epidemiological datasets. -For more info see: https://jobs.nd.edu/postings/20458 Closing date: 03/22/2021.
    Summary of Duties:
    -Triage & process datasets according to established data processing pipelines.
    -Interact with data providers to make certain data and representations are correct.
    -Interface with ontologists to develop web display hierarchies and establish consistent terminologies.
    -Interpret epidemiological data and integrate methodological details into the ClinEpiDB data resource.
    -Perform quality assurance testing, including appropriate data representation and processing.
    -Review scientific literature related to study data.
    -Assess and provide insight on new tools for data analyses and presentation.
