- Update on current logistcal arrangements
- Identify theme for 2nd Plenary
- Determine general arrangement of breakouts and plenaries. See two proposed options in the draft program.
- Can we finalize the number of rooms needed. We have up to five large rooms available during the day, and three small rooms availabe 24 hrs at the hotel. We have reserved the auditorium and three smaller rooms at NAS. (we may not need the smaller rooms).
- Remote participation arrangements (necessary in breakouts as well as plenary?)
- Potential keynote speakers
- Set next telecon date
- Any other business
