PDF version of the White Paper

Dear all,
this just for your information that I created another GitHub
repository [1] for the single document (aka PDF) version of the White
Paper. The reason for this is that the PDF version of the White Paper
as created automatically by Sphinx is not quite satisfactory and this
needs some manual tweaking. The new repository now documents the
steps that I did to create the PDF version in April and makes this
reproducible.
The textual work on the White Paper is not affected and should still
take place in the same repository as before [2].
