Participants, applying as an individual or as a team, can choose among the new challenges listed in this edition 2019, all aim at streamlining and supporting daily activities at the ECMWF.
At the end of April/beginning of May, the five best software solutions to the challenges in terms of feasibility, innovation, future proof-approach and transferability, will be announced on this website as winners of ESoWC 2019. The five selected candidates / teams will be awarded £5000 each and get the exciting opportunity to team up with their ECMWF mentors.
