Chairs for this working group

Hi all,
Kevin Ashley is moving on from being a co-chair of this working group. I'd
like to take the opportunity to thank Kevin for his leadership and
contributions.
Mark Leggott has agreed to step in to replace Kevin.
I would also like to take this opportunity to call for an expression of
interest in any others who would like to contribute as a 3rd co-chair of
this group.

This is an information sharing group so the main role of the chair is to
identify common issues among national data services and stimulate
information sharing at plenaries and intermediate virtual meetings.
As an informal group we don't have process or procedures for appointing new
chairs. I will discuss any expressions of interest with Mark and get back
to you.
