focus meeting and registration for plenary

A couple of announcements:
First, we are organising an extra meeting on Thursday 29th October 1700 UT with two objectives:
A) Progress the analysis of terminologies used to conceptualise complex observable properties in preparation for the Plenary 16 session;

B) Progress the analysis of examples submitted as part of the nitrogen use case in preparation for the Plenary 16 session.

Second, the programme for the Plenary 16 has been released and our working group session will be on the 10th November 1700-1830 UT. Members intending to participate to the Plenary 16 need to register: https://www.rd-alliance.org/rda-16th-plenary-meeting-registration. We had asked for 2 time slots to cover multiple time-zones but this wasn't possible unfortunately. We are sorry that some of you are likely to be unable to attend.
