Subject: [Geo4All] Second annual meeting GeoLIBERO network (GeoForAll initiative) 
GeoLIBERO, the CYTED Network made up of a score of research groups and a hundred of prominent Latin American Geomatics Specialists is an example of practical actions promoted by GeoForAll Latin America.
This year the second annual meeting of this network is held in mixed mode, face-to-face and online webinars, with all face-to-face presentations being broadcast so that anyone can follow them virtually.
The conference will take place on December 6 and 7, at the UTEC in Durazno, Uruguay. In addition to the different scientific-technical presentations, the annual meeting of the GeoLIBERO Network will be held.
The program of presentations covers several of the lines of research that are being carried out in GeoLIBERO, such as Sustainable Mobility, Education, Security and Emergencies, Environment or Municipal Management. The speakers come from various Ibero-American countries, with participation from Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Colombia, El Salvador, Spain, Mexico, Peru, Portugal and Uruguay
