Dear FAIR4RS members,
Collaborations Workshop 2021 (CW21)will take place online from Tuesday, 30 March to Thursday, 1 April 2021 and FAIR Research Software is one of the workshop themes. We are seeking proposals for participant-led mini-workshops and social programme activities.
Are you interested in running a 30-minute session to demonstrate a particular software product, approach or standard? Deliver specific training or an interactive tutorial? Conduct information gathering or explore a topic? Or do you have an idea for a conference networking or social activity? The deadline for submissions is 31 January 2021.
The Software Sustainability Institute’s Collaborations Workshop series brings together researchers, developers, innovators, managers, funders, publishers, policy makers, leaders and educators to explore best practices and the future of research software. The themes of the CW21 keynote presentations, discussion groups, mini-workshops, collaborative ideas, and hack day will be FAIR Research Software, Diversity and Inclusion, and Software Sustainability.
Registration is open and financial assistance is available to help those who need support to participate, from covering the cost of registration to childcare.
If you are interested in partnering with CW21, you can view our sponsorship packages here.
To find out more information and see the agenda, please visit the CW21 website or email CW21 Chair Rachael Ainsworth with any questions.
Take care and best wishes,
Rachael
